Growing up as a competitive dancer and gymnast, mindful movement has always been a big part of Carla’s life. Since 2010, Yoga has provided a safe place for Carla to disconnect from the noise and tune in to her body while unlocking new strengths and abilities.  She believes that consistency to the practice is key to living a happy, balanced life, and is a great complement to any form of exercise. In 2019, Carla decided to take a leave from her corporate job, and completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. Carla is excited to support and inspire while sharing her passion and building community.
