In this workshop, you will learn the basics of exercising with low pressure. Low Pressure Fitness helps to rectify and strengthen the entire core without doing traditional strengthening exercises.
This workshop is not about doing crunches — Seema will go over the correct mechanics of breathing to improve the bodies diaphragmatic strength, helping to correct posture, while strengthening the core.
Low Pressure Fitness has many benefits some of which include; improved pelvic floor function, encourages blood circulation, reduced anxiety, and helps with digestion. The goal of this method will be to get through a simple flow of static and dynamic movements with abdominal vacuums — you will feel the benefits immediately.
