Join Alex Paredes on Saturday, April 15 at the studio for an 84 Asana Masterclass.
This class will introduce you to the full 84-asana hatha yoga series which is an expanded version of the original 26 posture + 2 breathing exercises original hot yoga (Hot yoga 60/ Hot yoga 90). Class begins at 2:30 pm and will finish when it’s finished. The goal will be to complete the entire series to the best of the practitioner’s ability. It will focus on deep back bending, arm balances, headstands, and inversions as well as drills to help improve your 26 and 2 practice.
Prerequisites: Please have a minimum of 6 months of yoga practice and an interest to learn more!
