A new high intensity 75-minute power vinyasa practice that’s designed to develop total-body strength with a little additional attention on toning abs and glutes!! Building strength through the precision of alignment will be our focus as we move through a series of dynamic movements with fewer long holds. You can expect to be challenged to move fiercely but mindfully with control. Intentions will be directed towards breath management techniques to build strength, stamina and rapid recovery. Expect to SWEAT, move and have fun. A great playlist will accompany each class.
