Our Mission

We are a community-based, boutique studio that strives to provide an exceptional experience for all, from the very first contact with the teachers and staff and One Tiger Yoga to the moment you walk out the door.

Andrew Moniz opened the studio because he is passionate about creating a community of like-minded and supportive individuals. He believes his studio can be something for everyone. It doesn’t matter what your fitness levels, interests or health goals are.

If you are looking for something more relaxing, give Yin yoga a try. Want an intense, but fun workout? Inferno Hot Pilates will fill that desire. Maybe you are searching to realign your mind and body while sweating it out – Bikram yoga and Hot Hatha are for you. Vinyasa will also provide an opportunity for you to reconnect with your breath – resulting in a renewed sense of self. 

The studio also offers a variety of unique workshops, specialty classes and events. One Tiger Yoga has whatever you are looking for. Andrew promises to provide you with a state of the art, clean and beautiful studio!

You’ve heard about it, you’ve thought about it, now it is time to try it. Our yoga sequences have been designed to exercise every muscle, organ, tissue and gland of the human body. In combination with the heated environment, the yoga posture series is a practical system of disease prevention and health maintenance.

New to Yoga?

If you are new to our studio you can sign up for our introductory offer – $69 for 30 days of unlimited yoga. Come to as many classes as you want, and experience the changes in your mind and body.

Why Infrared Heat?

Our yoga room is heated with an Infrared Radiant Heat pipe. Infrared Radiant Heat helps increase flexibility and circulation, which may benefit people who suffer from circulatory issues. Infrared heat also increases surface blood flow without increasing blood pressure, by promoting dilation of the blood vessels. It has also been attributed to improving skin elasticity, strengthening your immune system, reducing fatigue, increasing fat loss, and decreasing water retention. It is an amazing way to ensure you get the most out of the time you spend at the studio.
